This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and the free trial work at Apex Digital Forge. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Refunds
Before work has started: if you cancel an order before we have begun work on it, we will refund what you paid for that order in full.
After work has started: we do not offer refunds once work has started. Work has started when we begin on your order, for example publisher selection and outreach, content writing, audit work or development.
If you think a deliverable does not match what was agreed in your order, email us as soon as possible. We will review it and correct work that does not match the agreed scope.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep the service until then, and we do not charge for the following month. We do not refund part-months.
One-off and per-order purchases
Per-order purchases, such as individual placements, are covered by the refund rules above.
Free trial
We may offer a free trial on eligible link-building orders. The trial is free and carries no obligation to continue with us. Availability is confirmed before you order, and each business is limited to one trial.
