These terms apply when you use apexdigitalforge.in or buy services from Apex Digital Forge (“we”, “us”), based in New York, USA. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.
Our services
We provide SEO services, link building (including white-label link building for agencies), and website development. The exact scope, deliverables, reporting format and estimated delivery window for each engagement are stated in your quote, package or order details and are confirmed before work begins.
No guarantee of results
Search engines decide how pages rank and what is indexed. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic level, indexing outcome or revenue result. We commit to carrying out the agreed work with care and reporting on it as agreed.
Third-party sites and placements
Links are placed on sites that we do not own or control. We assess sites for niche fit and quality, but publishers may later change or remove content, and we cannot control what search engines do with a link.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we reasonably need.
- Make sure the sites, content and products you ask us to promote are lawful and that you have the rights to them.
- Review reports and tell us promptly if something does not match the agreed scope.
White-label work
If you are an agency ordering under your own brand, we deliver work for you and do not contact, name or market to your clients. You are responsible for your own client relationships and for what you tell your clients about our work.
Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in your quote, package or order. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Free trial
We may offer a free trial on eligible link-building orders. Availability is confirmed before you order, and each business is limited to one trial.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your websites, brand and materials. Once an order is paid, you may use the deliverables we produce for you (such as articles and reports) for your own or, if you are an agency, your clients’ purposes. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and tools.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost traffic.
Ending our relationship
You can cancel as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may stop work if you breach these terms, supply unlawful material, or do not pay, and we will tell you if we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date when we do. Orders already placed continue on the terms that applied when you ordered.
